job requires a lot of travel. I am on the road at least every other
week - sitting in cars/planes and eating on the run. This combination
was really taking a toll on my body (and my figure).
Then
I started working out with Michelle. Inless than 3 months I lost
over 10lbs and feel great. She keeps me motivated with her positive
attitude.
She continually introduces new exercises so I don't get bored, while
remembering to incorporate my favorites (if you haven't tried boxing
trust me, you will love it!!). Michelle has also shown me exercises
that I can do when we are not able to get together, using items
that can be found in the most basic hotel gym or even in my hotel
room. In addition, she has helped me evaluate my eating habits so
that I can make healthier choices.
I can't
say enough about how great my experience training with Michelle
has been. No matter how long you have been away from the gym or
what your fitness level is, you will never feel self-conscience
working out with her and your results will speak for themselves
both in the way you look and in the way you feel."
