trained with Michelle for three months so I can look good for an
upcoming family reunion. It was intense and rejuvenating. She showed
me how to eat healthy and gave great tips on how to stay healthy.
My first intention was to lose weight but then when I actually lose
inches along with the pounds, I can't be happier. My clothes fit
better now. I feel so much better, stronger and the most important
thing I am full of energy.
Michelle
was very nice and patient. However, on the other hand, she could
be tough too. She encouraged and motivated me to keep going and
never give up and I am glad I kept going. She changed routines every
so often so that I didn't get bored and most importantly my body
didn't get used to it.
I
recommend anybody to train with Michelle, you will be happy with
the results. I just want to remind everybody though, it's hard work,
stay focus and listen to Michelle."
