"I have worked with Michelle for approximately four (4) months before I moved to New York. The experience has been very worthwhile. I am impressed with Michelle’s commitment to excellence.

I have found Michelle’s approach to training to be very professional in all respects. She listened to my goals and designed an exercise and diet program specifically tailored to achieve those goals. She keeps written records of my goals and my progress. She demonstrates and supervises exercise techniques always with an emphasis on substance, form and safety. Michelle does a fantastic job of modifying the exercise and weight training programs to both increase in difficulty as I improve and to add variety to our routine. Michelle takes the proper steps to ensure that her training sessions are safe and that the associated risks are sufficiently managed. It is also very nice that Michelle makes the effort to market her services and to provide additional information through her web-site and other materials.

On a personal level, Michelle is very nice, understanding and friendly. She makes it easy to have a conversation and to spend the time with her while training. I also feel that Michelle cares about my progress and that motivates me to work harder.
