I had always been a healthy person. I eat relatively healthy and regularly work out. However, I hit a plateau and it was extremely frustrating. I just couldn't get my body to where I wanted it to be.
Michelle was able to change all of this. She said that my body needed a shake up and that's exactly what she did. By incorporating a different type of cardio than what my body was used to and adding more strength training into my workout my body quickly transformed. In only one
month, I had lost 9 lbs and 7.25 inches all over my body. Michelle's workouts are great as she keeps them different and keeps you challenged. She's definitely tough, but the good kind of tough. Without her, I would still be stuck in the same rut! Thanks Michelle!

I tend to have issues with my confidence especially when it comes to my
self image. I was a little over weight and I wanted to drop that extra

Michelle is sooo awesome. She made me look and feel like I'm 10 years younger. When I started out with michelle I exercised here and there, but nothing compared to the workouts I get from her. In the beginning, I really wasn't into it, I thought I ready, but in the back of my mind, I still felt I have to old to for my body to change.. One month went buy and I got an email from Michelle and she laid it out for me. I was wasting my money (even though her training plan are a good price). She told me when I was ready, come back and we will start again. I said to myself, what a good person she is. So, I got my butt in gear and started working that day of matter of fact and I lost 32 pounds in 4 month and 18 inches throughout my body. There are still good people out there and Michelle is one of them. She cares about her clients, even the one's that she doesn't get to meet in person. My name is Mary Ellen and I came to Michelle hoping to tone and sculpt my body. I didn't need to lose weight, even though I lost 5 lbs. I found Michelle on Virginia's craigslist. I never heard about exercising with someone that doesn't live in your state. I signed up for Michelle's 2 weeks for free and I have been hooked ever since. I’m a 32 year old mom of two, I also work 10 hour days, then I come home take
dawn care of the kids, take them to cheerleading and football. Then come home and do homework and cook dinner. I don’t have time to exercise. I started Michelle’s distance exercise program 6 months ago and I was convinced that I will not be able to fit exercising in my day. Talking with Michelle made me realize that I need some ME time. So, that is what I did. I set an hour a day, 6 days a week to exercise. It was hard at first, but with the support of my boyfriend, I was able to block off time to exercise. I lost 20 lbs in 2 months and I love it. Being 32 I didn't think I could get the body I had before the kids, but Michelle did her part and more. No-one has been able to motivate me like Michelle does. I'm a lazy, and Michelle had her work cut out for her. Getting me to work out on my own was a struggle, but despite my laziness, I still managed to a lose a total of 3 % in my body fat, and 2 inches of my waist. I have lost a total of 15 lbs in two months with Michelle.

I can't say I love to workout, I'm not there yet, maybe I wont be. However, I do look forward to the results I am getting. Last week, I actually did Michelle's whole exercise routine. I'm a college student and money is tight, but I wanted to lose weight. If you went to college you know hard is to find time to exercise let alone eat right. I came across Michelle's web site and started training with her. Michelle used to be my at home personal trainer until I moved to New York, She is a great motivator and takes fitness seriously. I live in Kansas and I love to workout. But I have been doing the same routine I got online 8 months. I came across Michelle’s web site, by the way there is a ton of information on there. Michelle’s distance training is the best. I didn't want to hire a personal trainer, I didn't think I needed to. I found Michelle when I was visiting Chicago. She was in the newspaper I was reading while eating breakfast with some friends of mine.
