Michelle is sooo awesome. She made me look and feel like I'm 10 years younger. When I started out with michelle I exercised here and there, but nothing compared to the workouts I get from her. In the beginning, I really wasn't into it, I thought I ready, but in the back of my mind, I still felt I have to old to for my body to change.. One month went buy and I got an email from Michelle and she laid it out for me. I was wasting my money (even though her training plan are a good price). She told me when I was ready, come back and we will start again. I said to myself, what a good person she is. So, I got my butt in gear and started working that day of matter of fact and I lost 32 pounds in 4 month and 18 inches throughout my body. There are still good people out there and Michelle is one of them. She cares about her clients, even the one's that she doesn't get to meet in person. She a wonderful personal trainer and I would recommend anyone to Michelle, and I have. Michelle just created a group online personal training plan for me my friends. name is Mary Ellen and I came to Michelle hoping to tone and sculpt
my body. I didn't need to lose weight, even though I lost 5 lbs. I found
Michelle on Virginia's craigslist. I never heard about exercising with
someone that doesn't live in your state. I signed up for Michelle's
2 weeks for free and I have been hooked ever since. Michelle has be
training me for 4 1/2 months and I actually do not have a giggle under

good and people around me are noticing it too, especially when I take

No-one has been able to motivate me like Michelle does. I'm a lazy, and Michelle had her work cut out for her. Getting me to work out on my own was a struggle, but despite my laziness, I still managed to a lose a total of 3 % in my body fat, and 2 inches of my waist. I needed someone to motivate me, so I started with her distance exercise program I. 6 months later I have lost my freshmen 15 and more. Michelle used to be my at home personal trainer until I moved to New York, She is a great motivator and takes fitness seriously. I talked with her about me moving and how I didn't want to loose her as a personal trainer. That’s when she introduced me to her Distance Exercise Program. I live in Kansas and I love to workout. But I have been doing the same routine I got online 8 months. I came across Michelle’s web site, by the way there is a ton of information on there. She seems like a down to earth person. I sent her an email and we emailed back and forth for a week. I decided to take the big step and started her distance exercise program. It’s amazing, she customizes and changes my program every 4 weeks. Michelle’s distance training is the best. I didn't want to hire a personal trainer, I didn't think I needed to. I was hesitant at first, Michelle’s exercise program is more expensive then the rest, however after I talked to Michelle, I realized this is not an online thing. I get to talk to Michelle every week, she changes my workouts often and I have support threw email and text messaging. I started Michelle’s distance exercise program in July. It’s definitely something I can see myself doing for a long time, even after I reach my goals. Michelle has a no-none sense approach to exercising and I like that. She is also very supportive when we talk on the phone and you can tell she loves what she does.
